E-car owners will get free parking spots in around 40 locations that will be assigned by the end of this year. They will also be exempted from RTA vehicle registry and renewal fees, and get free Salik tag upon registration.
A special sticker will also be given to such owners in order to help inspectors differentiate electric vehicles.
The e-car owners will also be able to charge their cars at 100 green charging stations for free until the end of 2019.
